iThemes security tells me that there is file change

    Hi,

    I have found Contact form 7 to be a very useful plugin and I use it on most of my sites.

    Recently on one site I have been receiveing alerts from iThemes security that a file is being changed (almost every day). This is the file:

    wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_captcha/3028352948.txt

    Is this normal?

    Recently on one site I have been receiveing alerts from iThemes security that a file is being changed (almost every day).

    If this means a new file is created in the directory, it’s normal. It’s a CAPTCHA file.

    If it means the same file (3028352948.txt) is changed every day, it’s abnormal.
