IThemes Security – Strong password feature

When a user wishes to change their password there is no meter to show the security strength of their choice of password. The only indication is the, frequently missed, error message that states “ERROR: You MUST Choose a password that rates at least Strong on the meter. Your setting have NOT been saved.”
Have I missed something in the setup that would place a password strength meter in the Edit User page?
