Ithemes security sends very large mail for file changes

I didn’t know where to report this issue. We have installed ithemes security in several WP installations, and just happened in one. We recently had to replicate a WP install and ithemes security kept sending very large mail (around 3-4MB) everyday, no matter no new files changed or were added, quickly depleting mail account storage if unattended.

Error logs pointed to mysql timeout. Problem was packet size for mysql, which is 1MB in default installations of mysql, and that wasn’t enought to store all changes into database. Eventually we solved that by increasing size in max_allowed_packet for mysql conf.
