IThemes Security PlugIn (again) – I'm totally locked out

  • Added this plug in to a perfectly working WAMP/localhost site I was playing with for dev in Win 7 64bit. I’m on an Admin acct. As soon as I activated the thing, I got 403’d. No way out. Had to kill what I was doing. But then, tried to re-enter and now I can’t even get the log on screen to appear without seeing:

    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access /wp-login.php on this server.

    Apache/2.4.9 (Win32) PHP/5.5.12 Server at volzone Port 80

    So, anyone have a clue as to what I do next?
