iThemes security not works in manual backup

  • Hi guys.
    All was working well but in undetermined moment the manual backup doesn’t works.

    The admin page show blank page in page=toplevel_page_itsec_backups. The backup has created 2 file: .sql & .zip, but .zip is empty in backup directory

    The cron jobs works well, make the backups, & send email attaching a complete .zip file.

    Any idea?
    v 4.6.13
