Ok, I am at my wits end. I have used this tool on my other sites for years. Well I just started building a new site and so i installed it as usual. Anyways, I decided to use their table rewrite tool, it did not work, but what made matters even worse, during the process it deleted my wp-config.php file’s content. Totally blank. I have rebuilt it and i have undone the writing of random characters in front of every single table name, but my site is still down. ??
Oh, yeah, i did use their backup tool before i began. I expected it to actually work, but nope. No email and no traces of it ever doing a database backup. I should have waited for the email before doing the change, but i trusted this application. Anyways I am not pleased with this software. I have about 10 hours on setting up and building this site. I have only made a few pages, but a lot of setup time. No software should do things like this. I have found too many complaints about this software, once i get my site back up i will be removing it.

It looks like iThemes also deleted my .htaccess file.

I fixed it by simply reinstalling wordpress after i did the above changes. The debug information has no connection to the issue.
