iThemes Security creates backup when backup feature not set

    The database looks to be being regularly copied into wp-content as mysql.sql but no backup has been set in iThemes Security.

    This is happening on multiple sites.

    Is there an option to stop this?

    Hi @bigpic, could you please check if you have other backup mechanisms in place? Could you verify if you have enabled/disabled the Scheduled Backup feature in iTSec?
