iThemes Security blocks WorldPay

  • Hi there, I installed and activated the latest version of iThemes Security, but we found out that when a customer tried to pay online, the plugin stopped the customer getting to our WorldPay portal and they were unable to pay us. When I deactivated the plguin, everything worked as normal again.

    Are there some settings that I can change to stop this WorldPay issue from happening, or will I need to find another solution? We need something to stop spam user registrations.

  • Try and disable System Tweaks settings (if enabled) like:

    – Filter Non-English Characters
    – Filter Suspicious Query Strings in the URL
    – Filter Long URL Strings
