    Hi,
    Running latest version 6.2.1 of Ithemes Security (not Pro).

    I returned to my dashboard after a couple of weeks and on attempting to access https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/ it gave me a 404 error (actually the URL changed to https://www.mysite.com/not-found).

    I renamed the better-wp-security folder through control panel and I could then login OK. Reinstalling iThemes immediately caused the same problem.

    Currently I am left with iThemes folder renamed and iThemes therefore not operating.

    What can I do?

    Cheers
    …Steve

    Just checking – Am I in the right place for support on iThemes Security? I’m sure this is where the link sent me.
    Cheers

    @vidarparry

    Yes, you are in the right place for COMMUNITY-PROVIDED support.

    According to the FAQ section in the readme.txt file:

    = Where can I get help if something goes wrong? =
    * Official support for this plugin is available for iThemes Security Pro customers. Our team of experts is ready to help.

    Free support may be available with the help of the community in the www.remarpro.com support forums (Note: this is community-provided support. iThemes does not monitor the www.remarpro.com support forums).

    @pronl
    Thanks for that clarification. My version was bundled with a theme so I assumed it came with some support. Seems not unless I pay more. Dissapointing.
    I’ll look at other options.
    Cheers
