  • Depends on whether
    blocked = locked out (temporarily)
    or
    blocked = banned (permanently) ?

    It’s lockout

    Lockouts are temporary and will expire after (default) 15 minutes.

    If you can’t wait that long, log into the WordPress Dashboard with an Administrator account (if available) and release the lockout from the Active Lockouts side widget on the iTSec plugin Settings page.

    You’ll need to scroll down the Settings page in order to find the Active Lockouts side widget. iThemes conveniently (NOT) positioned the widget among a bunch of advertising widgets …

    To prevent any confusion, I’m not iThemes.
