Itemscope Tag Stripping

    Hello!

    We’ve realized that this plugin is stripping the itemscope tag from the html element on out site when we try to add it. We’re adding it on a code level, uploading it through SFTP, and checking it with Google’s development tools. The itemscope tag is there when the plugin is deactivated. Why is this happening? Do you have any advice for how to allow the itemscope tag to be added to our site? We are using the latest version of the plugin.

    We checked your issue. As Google recommend now json-ld and show valid schema on a page . We remove microdata format.

    That’s great! I can see this working properly on the staging site for this client, but unfortunately on their live site the itemscope attribute still isn’t showing. I’m not sure why that would be the case. The live site URL is the one provided initially.
