Hello, on the Completed order Email, I’ve unchecked few elements: Order addresses + Order items

The problem is that on Yahoo Email, they still render in HTML. This wouldn’t be a problem if they could have display:none, but they are visible and occupy space in the email, in Gmail I’ve tested and it’s all good, not even html in the inspect!

Screenshot with what’s inside the Decorator Plugin:

Screenshot with the email in Yahoo:

It’s even longer than this, and I’ve unchecked in CSS, overflow: hidden; and you can see where the space is coming from:

My belief is that Yahoo is bad enough and it’s because of them, as you somehow use more advanced technology that they don’t support?

Did you have this issue already reported, is there another workaround? Worst case scenario I’ll read the Order items + addresses back.

    Hi @clarru,

    Greetings from WebToffee Support.

Apologies for the delay. We were able to replicate the issue on our end and understand the inconvenience this may cause you. We appreciate your patience and valuable feedback.

We want to assure you that the issue has been acknowledged. To ensure that hidden elements remain hidden in all email clients, including Yahoo Mail, necessary changes will be made within the plugin itself. We will incorporate these changes in the upcoming release of the plugin.

    Thank you for your understanding.
