    When I have this plugin enabled users carts are not cleared after checkout. Tested with plugin disabled, everything works as normal. I see a few others have posted regarding this but no answers were provided. Could you please help me connect with support to help solve this issue.

    Just to get some preliminary information, could you provide the following details?

    – Could you provide the site’s WooCommerce System Status Report?
    – When these carts do not clear, is this occurring after any purchase made? Are you able to take specific steps to replicate the issue?
    – Is there any error logging present under the MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin settings’ Logs tab when this occurs?

    @sebastian12345, I just wanted to see if this was still an issue for you. We discovered a bug with PayPal checkouts not emptying carts on a previously released version of the plugin that has been patched.

    Please let us know if you’re still having problems, happy to work through things with you to get things fixed up.
