Items showing up despite being blocked plus items marked as do not show are show

    Hi, thanks for your great plugin – just a few issues I’m having (happening on all my sites, so it is not site-specific issue) and which would appear to be a bug/plugin related issue:

    1./ When I de-select certain categories to prevent them from being included in the sitemap they are still being included (they are listed both in the list on the plugin settings page, and on the actual sitemap page on the front-end). Only way to prevent them showing is to blacklist them, one-by-one…. One example of what is showing up is Elementor templates.

    2./ When a page is marked to not show up on any search queries (not marked via your plugin, but was done within the actual page settings) – so eg: a contract document that i have hidden from all site searches – then those pages are still showing up on the sitemap in the front-end, however they are not listed anywhere within your plugin backend settings (…and so the only way I can currently prevent them from showing is to open and edit every page & make them visible…. then i am able to see them in your plugin settings and then I am able to blacklist them from showing on the sitemap…. a lot of work and not ideal)

    3./ I’d also like to suggest that the XML sitemap be disabled by default, as most of us already have that.

    4./ Drafts are also showing up on the sitemap (showing on the plugin backend list & on the front-end).

    Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear about your troubles with our plugin.

    We’re making sure the next version of our plugin will exclude any Draft or Private pages/posts, as well as Elementor templates.

    Btw, beta version of 1.0.30 will be available for testing within the next couple of days. You may want to give it a try.

    I’m sorry, but the problem persists. I bring in the pages that need to be excluded. And when the page is updated, all exceptions disappear.
