Items per row not changing

I’m completely stuck with a change I’m trying to make.
I use this plug-in to display 8 different box options. These currently display as 2 boxes per row across 4 rows.
I’ve updated the ‘items per row’ for desktop and laptop from 2 to 4 but it isn’t changing.
Is this being overridden somewhere else or am I missing something else I need to do?
