Items on order becomes 0

It seems that the prices for these two products are RM 0. Is this how you’ve set their prices in the backend?

Also, to further understand the issue here, could you assist us with a link to the two products?

No, they have prices added to each specific product but it is not showing here that’s why the total amount is 0.

That is really unusual. If I had to wager a guess, I suspect something is causing problems with the data saved on these order items. Looking at the order notes, I can see the product names were once there but now they are missing.

I wonder if something has removed the order item meta from the database for these. Is this happening to all products on orders? It may be the result of a conflict. You can run through a troubleshooting process if that’s the case.
