The error message says everything. Could you please follow these steps to disconnect and reconnect your Google Merchant Center account:

• Go to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replace example.com with your domain name)
• Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
• Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
• Under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack (If you have installed it)

Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.

If the issue persists, please share the following with us:

• Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs. Mozilla Community Pastebin can be used to share the log with us.
• Share a screenshot of your product feed tab found under Marketing > Google Listings & Ads > Product Feed. Snipboard.io can be used to share screenshots easily.

Hi Shameem, Thanks for your reply. I’m pretty new to this. I followed your instructions up to disconnect Jetpack. I find that I can’t. This error message shows up,

“Cannot disconnect Jetpack connection as there are other plugins using it: google-listings-and-ads, woocommerce-payments, woocommerce-services, woocommerce. Please disconnect the connection using My Jetpack.”

But I can’t find My Jetpack in plugins or within woocommerce. I don’t have the My Jetpack or woocommerce services plugins. Just woocommerce and woocommerce payments.

My Jetpack is available as soon as you install the Jetpack plugin. Feel free to find out more about it, at the document linked here.

That said, Jetpack can be installed alongside Google Listings & Ads to add additional security, performance, and marketing tools to your site. It will use the same WordPress.com connection as Google Listings & Ads, so there’s no need to connect it separately.

Then, please follow these steps to disconnect and reconnect your Google Merchant Center account:

• Go to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replace example.com with your domain name)
• Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
• Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account

Hi,

I’ve followed the instructions above, disconnected Jetpack and set up connection through Marketing > Google Listings & Ads. The problem persists. I still get this message ?“Error submitting products to Google: Google Merchant Center has not been set up correctly. Please review your configuration.”

There are no fatal error logs and I don’t have a product feed tab under under Marketing > Google Listings & Ads?because the items haven’t synced. I just have the set up page (Start listing products).

Things seem okay on the report. Can you please run a conflict test to see if another plugin is causing this issue?

To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

— Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

— Also, you can consider using a plugin like Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it is helpful to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

— It is important to consider as well a staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.
