Items in Menu Manager / Section Manager not draggable

1. Which version of Foodlist do you use?
2. Which version of WP do you use?
3. What plugins do you use?
4. What theme do you use?
5. Don’t you have something like NoScript in your browser? If so, try turning it off. The same applies to AdBlock.

i’m having the same issue using the Rosa theme.

Does the problem appear when you switch the theme to any other? If so, this may mean that the theme overrides some scripts, you should then contact the theme author and ask him to fix the issue. As it is a commercial theme, I can’t test it myself.

We are having the same problem on the homepage of one of our clients.

We are using the plugin for a while now and everything worked fine, but today we encountered that there is no drag and drop possible anymore and we can’t put Menu Items in the Sections where they belong.

1. Foodlist version 1.12
2. WordPress version 4.6.1
3. Plugins used: Contact Form 7, Foodlist, Maintenance, NextGen Gallery, Page Builder by SiteOrigin, Regenerate Thumbnails, SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle, Slider Revolution, Tabs Responsive, Ultimate Tables, Visitors Traffic Real Time Statistics
4. Theme used: Resca

There are no updates for any of these plugins and we haven’t updated them or the themme at all, but still we can’t drag anything.

Ok, I confirm the problem. I will release the update today.

I fixed this problem in the version 1.13. Please let me know if it works for you.

Hi I am having the same problem as above not dragable
and i also added a new menu item and it does not appear on the menu??

If i install version 1.13 will i lose my old menu?

@410, no you will not lose. But it’s always good to make a backup copy before any update (in general, not just for Foodlist).
