    Hello @upandrunningdesign,

    It looks like something else than Enhanced Media Library changes media queries. Try to deactivate all other plugins and then activate them one by one to figure out which one is the cause of the conflict. It also can be your theme or your custom code. Please let me know about the result of the research. If you would mind you can provide access to your website admin to speed up our research (wpuxsolutions [at] gmail [dot] com)

    I did disable the plugins and that’s how I found out that it was Enhanced Media Library. I use enhance media library on all my sites and I use the Divi theme on them as well. I didn’t do anything extra coding, but this site is really heavy on categories if that makes a difference.

    @upandrunningdesign,

    If it were an ordinary issue of the EML, every customer of it would be complaining about the same. Actually disappearing images is a critical bug for a solution that is designed for operating on media library.

    It may well be that your theme changes media queries, or that some other plugin changes them the way that prevents EML from working correctly. If you want me to help with it you have to provide more information about your environment and do some tests for me or provide me with access to your admin.

    Please check if EML works correctly when all other plugins are deactivated and the theme set to some of WP native ones.

    “but this site is really heavy on categories” – do you mean that it had been working up to a certain point and then stopped?

    Thanks!

    -Nadia

    I understand that it isn’t doing on every site, because it is working fine on all my other sites.

    “do you mean that it had been working up to a certain point and then stopped?” Yes, the other day it stop working and the blog module stopped displaying new categories. So I changed

    define( 'ET_BUILDER_FORCE_CACHE_PURGE', false );

    to

    define( 'ET_BUILDER_FORCE_CACHE_PURGE', true );

    But I did this change after I alright disabled EML.

    I can give you access and supply you with information, but I don’t know what information you need. I’ll pm you login info later today. Thank you for your assistance.

    Hello everyone who may face similar issue!

    Please try to re-save plugin’s options on Media Settings > Taxonomies. Just click any “Save Changes” button without actually changing anything. It may be a bug, we are still working on it.
