Hi. I changed my theme from Joyas to Astra and now when I place something in the cart it goes straight to checkout. I’ve reset the basket & checkout pages but it’s still happening. Ideas?

I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

Could you please check your settings if you have enabled

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products
Under the General section, you need to configure Add to cart behavior settings.

Uncheck Redirect to the cart page after successful addition and hopefully, this would solve your issue.

Thank you for sending the screenshots.

I can see that you have disabled the Redirect to the basket page after successful addition option.

In this case, I think the items going straight to checkout could be due to the Direct Checkout for WooCommerce plugin you have installed.

Kindly check the plugin configuration to turn this option off or disable the plugin and check if the issue persists.

That won’t be possible because the system won’t know which checkout way to go with in which situation and will practically follow only one of the two ways, always.
