Items Disappear

Hi,

Can you download a PHP info plugin (there are a few out there) and verify the “max_input_vars” setting is set to 3000?

There are a few different ways to set max_input_vars but not all of them will work (it depends on your host), so please double check your change has taken effect by looking at phpinfo.

(and if it is set to 3000, try upping it to 10000 and see if that fixes it)

Thanks! I downloaded a PHP info plugin and found the following:

max_execution_time 120 120
max_file_uploads 20 20
max_input_nesting_level 64 64
max_input_time 120 120
max_input_vars 1000 1000
memory_limit 256M 192M

When I contacted my host for support they told me max_input_vars was set to 3000

I think they’re telling fibs!

It looks like you’re hosted by siteground (as am I) so you should be able to change it yourself in cPanel – under PHP Variables Manager. That option might only available on the GoGeek package (not sure what one you’re on).

I just went ahead and increased to 10000 and it works. Hooray. Thanks!
