Items deleted in woocommerce still appearing in facebook catalog,

    Hi,

    I use the plugin Facebook for Woocommerce.
    Latest updates are installed.

    The main issue is, that products that are deleted or out of stock or are at status “draft” or “do not sync” still appear in the FB and Insta Shop.

    I tried to reconnect, I tried to delete the products in the facebook shop, but they are still showing.

    Next the features like Gender Male or Female, Color Blue Green and so on or Label are not sync.

    Please help!

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Did you try using Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync to manually sync products again? Hopefully, this will be effective and remove deleted products from the Facebook feed.

    If it doesn’t work, please see if the solutions provided on this thread also work for you.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Product Sync dit not work – tried it more than 5 times. Waitet a day or two – tried it again aaaaand NO – no changes.

    I will try the solution with the “reconnect complete” with the recommended plugin.

    I will let you know the result afterwards.

    OK… the plugin did nothing…

    Only the Message “No Settings to remove” appeared and the link to the catalog got lost. Reconnnection… still the same.

    Next solution… maybe the code. But i have no idea how to use php.

    Why isnt there simply a button “Delete all Products from Facebook” – like “Sync products”.

    I had the same problem.

    Main problem was caching plugin causing distinction of facebook pixel, but disabling did not resolved the problem.
    The damage has already be done.

    What I did was deleting a catalog on facebook, create a new one and connect it to my website. All the rest like account ID, pixel ID are the same. I did not touch anything on woo.

    I was told by facebook rep that woocommerce is making a problem so I was close to remove my product in woo and start owner again. That would be a great mistake.

    Now I’m trying to find the way to have both caching plugin and facebook pixel working correctly together, but this can be done probably by excluding cookies somehow. Yet to discover.

    When God wants to give someone a present, He is wrapping it with a problem. I’m receiving a lot of presents ??
