Items count still wrong

  • Hi there,

    I updated the plugin to 1.0.1 and the items per page are still not correct. It is set to 20 in 4 columns, it reads “1 – 12 of 331 products displayed” on the shop page but it only shows 11 products.

    Plus I am not a big fan of having the settings in the customizer. This way all settings are in the Woocommerce settings and your settings in the customizer. While it seems a convenient idea, I would really really really appreciate having the option to display the Archive Customizer settings in the Woocommerce settings again.

    I hesitate to roll back the plugin since you probably store the settings differently or in a different place in the DB, or? Could I roll back?

    Could you try switching to one of the default WordPress themes to check for a conflict in your theme?

    As all the settings are visual, moving to the Customizer makes sense. If you roll back the plugin version you’d need to input your settings again. There’s a settings migration for the old settings to the new ones, but not the other way around.

    It was working before updating your plugin.

    Nevertheless I switched to the 2012, 2014 and the 2016 theme. All have the same problem.

    It’s a little better on the 2016 theme. Still what it should and what it actually displays is also wrong on the 2016 theme. But much worse on the actual theme.

    TBH, I will roll back tonight on a local copy of the website and see what happens. Hoping this will fix the problem and then roll back on the site that has to go live this week.

    Edit: I rolled back and now it’s weird.
    It shows 18 products on page 1 and 20 products on page 2.

    At a loss here. Any help would be really appreciated!

    Any news on this? We’re about to go live with the website and it would be nice if this was fixed, or identified where it comes from.
