items are not marked

As some errors appeared, I uninstalled the plugin but they stayed. I noticed that in the database the tables remained. I manually deleted some of your plugin’s specific tables. Now I reinstalled again and I can not configure the options contained in the plugin. I dial and then save and the items are not marked. How to solve? Thank you.
