    Hi rafcanada,

Thank you very much for your post.

I am sorry you are having difficulties setting up the plugin.

Would you be so kind to tell me what kind of products and where is the out of stock message, please?

We may need to go in to the admin section and have a look ourselves, but for this you’d need to open a private ticket here. You can leave an admin username and password for us. This may well be the quickest way of getting you up and running.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Best Regards,

    Pavel

I have experienced the same issue. Don’t know if its the same case here.

Go to Products -> Select the product that you want to edit -> Variations -> Click “Expand” -> Manually set “Stock status” to “In Stock”

    Hi perrto,

Thank you very much for your post.

    This was the solution:

It is actually not a problem of ATUM, but the silly way WooCommerce was build. I have already made a video series explaining the out of stock instances here.

Hope this helps, but if you have any more questions, do let me know.

    Best Regards,

    Hi,
I’ve watch the above video’s, however the question that i have is – if i add 10 to the manage stock at product level, i understand that it will continue it showing up on the catalogue – however when it actually does run out of stock – i still want it to be removed from he catalogue. How can that happen?

This is causing quite a few issues with our store. The staff love the plugin, but we wont be able to continue to use it if we can’t resolve this issue.

Looking forward to your quick reply,
    Steph

@stockmanagementlabs I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
