• Hello,
    I was debugging my GTM4WP installation today and noticed that in my event tag (when viewing the product) showed the product category in the item_brand field in the tag, rather than the custom attribute of “brand” that WooCommerce recommends for Google Search console. Where is this field set? I didn’t see it in the variables created when I imported your GA4 template. Thanks!

    Event Name
    "view_item"
    [
      {
        name: "items",
        value: [
          {
            item_id: 11165,
            item_name: "Functional Resume Template Package",
           <strong> item_brand</strong>: "Professional Resume Templates",

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    In GTM4WP settings, under Integartion->WooCommerce you need to select the taxonomy that holds the brand values. I assume here you (or someone else) selected the wrong taxonomy.

    Yes, you’re right. I see the the drop down. Thank you.

    As a thought, perhaps adding to your backlog the ability to select custom attributes could be useful.

    Thanks for getting back to me so quick!
