item specifics and product description in all tabs

    Hi,
    I have installed your Dropshipping and Fulfillment for AliExpress and WooCommerce plugin for awhile. However, recently when I wanted to import products to my store (I choose the setting item specifics and product description in the product tab), it came out with the item specifics and product description appeared in ALL TABS (i.e. the additional information tab, the description tab, and the reviews tab). Please let me know how to fix it.

    Please try to change other themes like storefront and check again.

    Hi,

    I tried for many themes like OceanWP, Storefront, etc. They still appear in ALL TABS. Please let me know how to fix.

    Hi,
    There’s an unusual class that print out product description again, the html tag class is wcz-product-long-desc
    You should check your plugin list to see which plugin may have abbreviation as wcz, something like WooCommerce Z . . .

    Can you tell me how to check those plugin? Do I need to deactivate one by one? Where can I find the wcz? Where is it locate?

    It’s your site, i have no idea.
    Please go to plugins to see if there’s any plugin started with WooCommerce Z . . .

    I have checked. It seemed like there is a plugin started with WooCommerce W, WooCommerce C, WooCommerce Z.

    So please try deactivating the one started with WooCommerce Z to see if it’s fixed.

    Sorry, I mean I have checked and there is no plugin started with WooCommerce W, WooCommerce C, WooCommerce Z.

    So there is no way to make the description and item specifics just in the description tab?

    It’s not a good solution but you can temporarily hide it with below css until you can find a better solution:

    .wcz-product-long-desc {
    display: none;
}
