    I cannot get my item name to appear in my cart order area in the back end. I have absolutely no idea who is ordering what because I get the order but it doesn’t say WHAT was ordered.

    I have All in One SEO. What should I do? Deactivate it? Get something else?

    Hi, you don’t have to deactivate the SEO plugin as such. Our plugin does use the item name. Our plugin only allows for the following entries in the cart admin menu:
    Order ID
    First Name
    Last Name
    Email
    Total
    Status
    Date

    I deactivated word fence security as well as my All in One SEO.
    I am STILL not getting an email notifying me of the purchase and I’m still not getting the item name of the product the person bought.. in the cart orders on the back end. So frustrating.

    So I’m reactivation my wirdfence security and my seo as that’s obviously not the issue. Any other thoughts? Thanks

    Sometimes some host tend to add a lot of restrictions to emails. An SMTP plugin can help with this. Have you tested the SMTP plugin I recommend for your email issues?
