Plugin seems to be working great for E-Commerce reports in GA4 but noticed that it doesn’t work (or seem to track) anything related to Item List. Does this plugin provide what’s needed to track in GA4 for those reports?

I’m afraid, I am not sure that I understand the inquiry here. Could you elaborate further on the item list you wish to track, please?
Looking forward to hearing back from you, to better assist you, cheers!
Hello, looking at the attached report in GA4. Please not the “not set” values. I believe this should be each of our Products listed. Just wondering if there’s something that can be done within the plugin to activate this.
Thanks for sharing additional information and screenshot for better understanding.
From your shared information, it sounds like you’re having trouble tracking item lists in your GA4 reports. I understand that you’re seeing “not set” values where you expect to see the list of your products in the report.
Currently, the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin supports tracking for many eCommerce activities, including product impressions, add to cart actions, and checkout behaviors. However, the specific tracking of an Item List, as you’ve described, might not be directly supported.
That said, I would suggest a few things to ensure that your setup is optimized:
Check your Google Analytics settings to ensure Enhanced Ecommerce tracking is enabled.
Make sure that you’ve correctly set up your product data in WooCommerce, as this is what gets sent to Google Analytics for tracking.
If you’ve checked these and you’re still having issues, I recommend using the WooCommerce Google Analytics Pro version, which supports tracking view item lists. It will be triggered when a customer views a list of products, for example, the shop page or related products, under a single product page.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
Thanks!
