Item description and address not showing on Payfast after Woocommerce purchase

    Hi there, I used Payfast as the payment gateway for Woocommerce on my client’s site. After the purchase is done and payment is made, the item description and address of the client shows incorrectly in Payfast. Item description is the same as order code and address shows wc_order etc links. Can anything be done about this? Others have complained about this as well. Would be much easier if the info was visible in Payfast. Thank you in advance for any assistance!

    Hi there,

    To investigate further, could you send us a copy of Your **System Status Report**, it would help us to understand your site setup a bit better. You can find it via **WooCommerce > Status**. Select **Get system report** and then **Copy for support**. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your reply.

    Also, could you send some screenshots of the order in question as well as the order in Payfast? I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
