Item database and comparison table generator?

For one of my hobbies, I want to start collecting info about different items that do a similar thing and to present that info in a comparison table.

Ideally, whenever I find a new item that fits the bill, I would enter its key stats into some sort of database, and my comparison table would automatically update.

Ideally, the comparison table would be filterable by the website visitor, so they can filter out items that don’t fit their specific need.

Even just search terms I can use to google about this topic would be useful.
