Item/Category pages with parameters not working

    Hi.

    I just installed new default wp, and with only this plugin enabled.
    Added 3 category and 3 items, but all redirected to home page and not working.

    Last WP version and last version of plugin.

    Can you suggest, what can i do and if it’s working?
    Hove you some demo to check this?

    Thanks for your message.

    Can you please confirm if you are using the correct ID for argument?
    For ex. [wpgv_giftitems item_id=1] instead of 1 you need to pass Item ID as argument.[wpgv_giftitems item_id=1] here instead of 1 you need to pass the tag_ID from category edit URL.

    HI.

    Yes, i i use shortcode in my page this working, but i mean direct link.

    Ex. https://www.site.com/?wpgv_voucher_product=spa-1

    Plugin generate this in WP MENU options.
    To use URL parameters.

    Is it possible?

    Hi @tlc033

    You need to pass parameters as shortcode argument not from URL. It will work when you pass through shortcode.

    Let us know if that’s not working.
