Item categories variable naming is wrong

    Currently with GA4 event tags you can checkmark to use ecommerce data. Because of this you no longer need to define the “items” parameter with a DL variable containing the items as value.
    With this feature, we discovered that the following parameters are not picked up correctly:
    item_category2
    item_category3
    item_category4
    item_category5

    This is because the naming in the gtm4wp datalayer item object the following naming is used:
    item_category_2
    item_category_3
    item_category_4
    item_category_5

    The underscore before the number needs to be removed. Small change that has a great impact on your extension.
