    Just installed the plugin a few weeks ago. Someone informed me that when an iten is added to a cart, it displays this message: “This item cannot be shipped to your country”. It still allows a person to checkout, but the message makes it look as if they cannot place an order. What settings do I need to change to eliminate this?

    Thanks for posting about this!

    Could you please check your Shipping Zone from Ecommerce WD > Shipping page, and see if there are any options selected? If so, that particular shipping will only allow shipping to the selected location.

    Make sure to also set a Shipping Class besides Shipping Zone, and select the Shipping Class for your products when editing them.

    For Shipping Zone, I have the U.S. as the only country to ship to. I do not anticipate selling anything outside of the country. That is why it’s strange it gives that warning when someone in the U.S. adds an item to their cart.

    Under Shipping Class, I have a generic one made up, but I’m not really sure how that works. I feel this may be the problem area, but don’t know enough about it to know for sure.

    Hi Michael!

    The problem on your website was occurring because of the following configuration issues.

    – Firstly, you have set the Shipping Class price to N/A in your Shipping Zone, but the value should be 0 or a price.
    – Also, as Shipping Zone had a price, Shipping Class should not have it set, which is what our developers have done on your site.
