Item Appearing at The Wrong Level

Hi

I have inherited a site https://www.getronics.com/ with Max Mega Menu.

We have added a page put a menu item for it in the mega menu ‘What We Do’ under ‘Services’. It is ‘Security Operations Centre’. However, it is appearing at a lower level than its ‘peer’ items. Everything in Menu Admin looks the same as the others but it is smaller/lighter text and indented.

What am I doing wrong?
