Italic Extended Characters (Slovak)

Hello, I tried Ivory search, it is great plugin, works exactly how I need, but I have one problem with it. For example if I search for “?ere?ne”, It doesnt want to find word without the special characters like “Ceresne” and vice verse. Is there some setting or workaround on this?
