    Main problem with this plugin is that support is not fixing the bugs. I have got several “our dev team checked this is the bug in our plugin we will have to work on this bug” and nothing happens. Oldest ticket is now 6months. After lastest update there is several bugs more. So there is a possibility that this plugins is superb for you needs and there is no problems. Untill. Good luck.

    Are you saying that you have lost several tickets? I see from your support console that those tickets are open. So maybe instead of asking me do more, you could actually check open tickets in your system. (Thou I guess there is thousands old open tickets.)

    So far the process has been that you ask me to set up a stagging site and then you tell me that that case has moved to your development team. And then nothing happens. Why would I expect (and put more effort) any other outcome as you solve rate so far is 0%. Or actually negative as you latest update added several new bugs.

    We understand your concern however the issues maybe because of the customization or the third party plugins we have tested it again and we found no bugs. So if you open a ticket or tell the past ticket number we will look into it from our end.
