It works – support is the best I’ve seen

I was struggling to find a workable download software. The first few plugins didn’t work. At first I struggled with Square One’s download software – but, they came to my rescue. Becky and Richard walked me through the install and now it works great. The software is great, the people are even better – the best I’ve seen with customer support.
