It works or it’s joke ?

  • On imgur You can see 2 screenshots – one with my #1 website where I have over 20k registered users and #2 website where can You see that registered users are 14k. Why that big difference ? I started using share logins pro (I bought it) at first launch of my both websites. On second screenshot You can see activity. WHY ACTIVITY AT BOTH SITES ARE DIFFERENT ?

    Validated some times – all is okay between both sites (everywhere green OK)

    I noticed, that Login/create account/change password etc working only in ONE way. It works from website #1 to website #2. If someone will create account, change pwd on #2 website then it not affect on #1 website. Help me with this.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    As you mentioned login/create account etc events sync one way, it means the plugin works and something is wrong with one of your sites!
    What we assume is, your first site (website #1) is blocking incoming REST API requests. Could you confirm?

    Hello, I checked it now and I agree with You. There is a problem with REST API, exactly:
    “cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)”

    and

    “cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)”

    Maybe You know what to do in this situation ?

    I resolved “cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)” by disabling mod_security in htaccess.

    But with first error I don’t know what to do.

    All errors above are related with one-time wrong request done by me, so these errors are totally NOT RELATED with share logins pro. What now ?

    Are you using any security plugins like WordFence?

    No ! Additionally, I have the same plugins on both sites.

    Cloudflare can affect on this problem ?

    I paused cloudflare on both sites and the same problem – it’s not cloudflare.
