It works on 3.9.1 but the edit panel dissappeared

The plugin works fine on 3.9.1 but when i edit the single image after uploaded it to remove the watermark or to resize the image, the scissor and watermark plugin panel was not here anymore.

anyway if you go to MEDIA (so outside the post) and chose the same image and click on EDIT, you ll see the scissor and watermark panel, the same of older versions.

anybody can find a solution to add the panel in the post edit image too?
