SEO – no, because it’s a question of redundant functionality (you do not need it, you do not like it – it’s about it);

You can wait forever – nothing will change.
The solution is simple:
– choose photo to upload
– add it
– click on it (remove the selection)
– and again you choose it – everything is fine, see:

the problem is solved – it’s used to it, so it does not bother;
