It worked…then it doesn’t go past checkout

    Hi,

    It worked, so then I deleted woo additional terms, woocommerce, woocommerce stripe gateway.

    So I re-installed woo and woo stripe gateway but that didn’t help. Appreciate your help!

    It did have a required phone number when it was working yesterday (not sure where this came from + don’t want it)

    Now, if you try to buy a book, it has a road block:

    1. a lock icon with This is a secure SSL encrypted payment, and
    2. shadows Your Order is Complete (so can’t click on it)

    You mentioned WooCommerce in the topic however this is the Support forum for the Easy Digital Downloads plugin. Are you using EDD on your website at all? You can check that on the Plugins page in the admin and see if you have Easy Digital Downloads active.

    Was expecting you to solve your EDD program problem. That was a weird reply, esp since a few hrs ago it is obvious I’m on EDD, per our previous conversation question on this support line, just below this one. Had you clicked on our website provided EDD would show up.

    Are you able to re-read my question carefully and solve why your EDD checkout is not working.

    To re-iterate, the Terms works nicely and did 3 test purchases, great. So decided we don’t need any woo plugins anymore so deleted them (as stated above). Then did another test purchase and got the problems listed above. Not sure why EDD stopped working. Do we need to keep any woo plugins? That was about the only things we changed since moment before it worked. Thought EDD could stand by itself.

    There now is an EDD glitch, which we thought you could easily solve.

    I took a look at your page and was able to get put the product in the cart, however you are pricing the product at $0.30 (30 cents) which is below the minimum amount that Stripe will allow for a purchase to be made, which is $0.50: https://docs.stripe.com/currencies#minimum-and-maximum-charge-amounts

    If you update the price to be at leas $0.50, does it result in the checkout working as expected?
