It worked great until it didn’t

  • I have this installed on several sites. Everything is working except for one. Settings would not save. Even though I deleted the plugin, my client is barred from all uploads. I posted in the support area but there is no reply to the ticket. Now my client cannot upload documents even though I removed the plugin. Really need to know where the settings are that this plugin created so I can undo them.

    First of all, I apologies for my late response.

    As you already mentioned that this plugin works well in several sites except for one. So, As I see, That one site has some conflict with this plugin. Like, There might be some code in active theme or any other plugins that conflicting with this plugin.

    If you like to share and elaborate the actual issue in more details with that one site. So, I will definitely help in this! Please provide some screenshot of the issue if possible!

    Additionally, It would be very helpful if you share the details of active plugins and theme for troubleshot the issue quickly!
