It Won't Publish

I can login in to wordpress if I go here.

It will take me to the dashboard and when I edit something it says Finished! View Site, I do so. But my website just the same from the other builder. What do I have to do? I created it with another website builder but wordpress won’t edit any. Do I have to delete everything?Please Help!
