It will kill your site!

  • Hi,
    I have installed the plugin and it killed my site. I tried to buy the plugin to get help. I never received support and developer was very bad with me. they responded only to argue, and never responded to my support request. Obviously the money was never refunded.
    If you want to keep your site good, and get support with honest people, try another similar plugin.

    However, to trace your issues and recover your bad experience would you please be kind to share your email subject as I’m unable to find any such scenario on our channel by your username(hervema) or any keyword.

    I would like to share some more information about this user experience. This user never contacted us. After purchase, before purchasing any time, never.

    After all, we would refund them, if they had a real bad experience with our plugin. But without contacting us they contacted and claim in Paypal. But Paypal has rejected the claim. Because the user was unable to show any cause why he / she has claimed it.?

    Finally, again after all of this, our?support?sent an email to this user and tried to contact and wanted to know their experience as well as wanted to help or refund. But the?user never replied to us back. Suddenly, this user appeared and left feedback here.

    Basically, this is a scammer. As it’s a digital product – (the? plugin), The user wanted a premium version for free what we assume!!
