This was fine before the last update but now it forces an account with a third party and opens up everything on your site to that 3rd party access instead of running locally on your own server. Uninstalling…

    Hi @lastqa

I hope you are doing well.

You are correct, we switched to a Cloud engine which has some benefits:

    – Our servers will do all the hard work
    – It integrates into our HUB
    – It now has a specific UA & IP that allows us to be allowed on different providers
    – The scan is much faster and doesn’t depend on your database, which means the service can find links that before weren’t being found.

The account you need to create is free and always will be, you don’t need to enter your wp-admin credentials, we provide two different connection methods.

But if those benefits don’t fit your site, you can easily switch to V1 in the plugin interface and use the old engine without any issues.

I hope the above explains a bit more and we can convert this into a 5-star experience.

    Best Regards
    Patrick Freitas
