    Hi sunamumaya,
    As I saw in your screen capture, you are using google-recaptcha plugin, this plugin was used and tested by us and we didn’t meet this issue. So to make sure what happen with your page and recaptcha library can you go to designwall.com/question and give me an admin account on your site for further checking (via private question)?
