It sometimes work, sometimes it does not

    Dear support team,

    Congratulations for your plugin. It looks really quite amazing. Problem is, it sometimes shows up in my page (bottom of my homepage, above footer) and sometimes (most of the times) it is not showing up. I wonder what may the reason be.

    I’m yet not premium, I’m not sure about upgrading as I am experiencing this issue that I don’t really understand.

    Is there a limit of times the carrousel will be printed out when you are not premium?

    Hi jcmpes,
    there are no limits on the display of the carousel, what you say is certainly strange when you do not view the images there is some conflict in the website scripts.

    I’ve seen the site but currently it doesn’t seem to have the plugin shortcode. However, try to insert the plugin on a blank page and see if it gives you the same problem.
