It simply works.

Pretty straightforward, installed plugin, added shortcode open tag on my page added photos using media panel added shortcode close tag.
It took a bit more work getting a different theme and setting the configuration options. I had to dig around in the .php and .js files in the plugins folder and find where the defaults were being declared and swapped URLs to new theme.
