It show's og: two times

Hello Author,
I am using your plugin at https://www.vipulhadiya.com and it was working pretty good. But before some days i changed the theme and i can see all the og: meta two times. Once it shows very correct values which i set from your plugin options and second time it fetch title s and descriptions from post tile and content automatically.
Please visit the link and assist me if possible, my problem is critical without og proper meta i cant survive my site.
